This October, KAPPA CHI proudly opens the doors to KULTURE Museum, a two-week celebration in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month. From October 1st – October 15th, guests are invited to immerse themselves in a living museum experience that honors the traditions, brilliance, and resilience of Hispanic and Latino culture.
What Does KULTURE Mean?
KULTURE is more than an exhibit—it’s a movement of recognition, education, and joy. Through art, history, music, dance, cuisine, and storytelling, the museum celebrates the richness of the past while amplifying the voices of today. It’s a space to learn, to connect, and to celebrate the influence of Hispanic and Latino communities around the world.
As you step inside, you’ll explore:
Art + History Hall: iconic works and pivotal cultural moments.
Music + Dance Hall: rhythms and performances that inspire generations.
Heritage & Traditions Hall: timeless creativity and resilience.
Heritage of Resistance + Unity: stories of solidarity, struggle, and triumph.
Cuisine Corner: a flavorful journey through traditional dishes and family stories.
Every hall offers a chance to experience the beauty, resilience, and vibrancy of culture in ways that move beyond observation—inviting you to feel, reflect, and celebrate.
Special Nights at KULTURE
While the museum is open daily, KAPPA CHI has curated special events to bring the community together:
October 6 – Learning Español 101 | 6–7PM SLTAn engaging one-hour Spanish course covering essentials like greetings and everyday phrases.
October 10 – Kappas Con Fuego | 6–8PM SLT | Featuring DJ BrockieAn evening of music, flags, and community vibes. Guests are encouraged to represent their roots, dance, and celebrate freely.
Our Sponsors
This celebration is made possible through the generous support of our sponsors: HUNNAI., Emphasis, November, and OASIS. Each sponsor is not only helping bring this cultural event to life, but also giving back through KAPPAS KARE, our philanthropic initiative.
Here’s how:
Emphasis: Designed all event posters and launched exclusive vinyl records. 15% of each sale goes directly to KAPPAS KARE.
November: Evil eye anklets. 20% of each sale will support KAPPAS KARE.
HUNNAI.: Contributing 20% of every sale to KAPPAS KARE.
Through these collaborations, every purchase from our sponsors extends beyond fashion or music—it becomes a contribution to care, advocacy, and impact.
KAPPAS KARE: The Heart of the Mission
At its core, KULTURE uplifts Hispanic Heritage, but it also serves a greater cause. KAPPAS KARE, KAPPA CHI’s care initiative, focuses on creating meaningful impact through fundraising, awareness campaigns, and community contributions. By attending KULTURE or supporting our sponsors, you are directly supporting this mission.
A Special Thank You
We extend our deepest gratitude to our very own Mila for her vision and dedication in founding the KULTURE Museum, and to KAPPA CHI for creating space where cultural celebration meets purposeful contribution. Through this event, we celebrate heritage while fueling impact—proving that culture and care go hand in hand.
So we invite you: come experience, learn, and celebrate with us. Take pictures, share your journey, and tag @kappachi.sl so we can honor the beauty of Hispanic Heritage together.
Gracias, for being part of KULTURE. 💙
