In a heart-filled finale to a year-long effort, the sisters of Kappa Chi Sorority have wrapped up their 2024–2025 Prolactinoma Awareness Campaign, raising an incredible L$545,373 in-world. Through their charitable branch KappasKARE, the organization proudly donated a real-world total of $1,827.77 USD to the Black Women’s Health Imperative—a national organization supporting health equity and rare disease research for Black women.
The campaign, which has been a staple of Kappa Chi's philanthropic calendar, was a beautiful fusion of community, awareness, and immersive giving. Set in the digital sun-soaked grounds of Golden Sands, each event throughout the year helped light up the cause with intention and sisterhood.
🎁 Campaign Highlights Included:
📸 Pictures with Santa & OASIS Holiday Sale (December)
💘 For the Love of KAPPA Valentine’s Benefit (February)
🛍️ Crest Donation Drive via @KappasKARE Instagram (April)
👑 Miss Teen Kactus & Kream Philanthropy Fundraiser (April)
Alongside these main events, several brands and influencers went above and beyond with continuous support. Plutoverse/Shopkay, DJ Kevo, Greekaholics, and other Kappa-friendly names stood tall as year-round supporters of the campaign.
💬 A Word from Kappa Chi:
“Whether big or small, every contribution helped us reach our goal and raise awareness for a condition that deserves more recognition. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with us and making a difference.”— Kappa Chi Sorority, SL Inc.
